Capacity: Teatro Scarpino can accommodate standing room for up to 400 guests - smaller spaces can be configured to accommodate parties as small as 10. In-house seating is available for up to 120. Seating can be increased with rental of chairs from other venders.
Teatro: Main room for most large functions- equipped with large dance floor, raised seating, and full bar
Sunset Room: An elegant space accented with stained glass windows & seats up to 50 guests- also available for use as wedding chapel
Patio: A beautiful garden like patio with outdoor seating for 100- this space is included with all rentals or can be rented separately
Teatro Scarpino is an open and affirming inclusive venue. We are happy to host your ceremony or event and work with you to create the perfect moment.
Guests may use Arkansas Licensed Caterers to provide food and associated services if they choose. However, the OUTSIDE caterer is required to abide by all in-house rules. Non-catered trays of food can also be brought in by the venue renter from retailers such as Sams club, Harps etc., however, Teatro Scarpino staff must be hired to provide service and clean-up.
Teatro Scarpino is licensed to sell beer, wine & mixed drinks.
- Complimentary beer, wine and mixed drinks must be paid for when the final guest count is determined, at least 30 days before the event. If the Renter ’s beverage order is increased during the event, all charges must be settled immediately following the event.
- Unopened beer and wine ordered for the event will not be refunded, nor can it be removed from the premises. Please order conservatively, we can add to the order to a limited extent during the event, as long as beverages are ordered from the menu.
- A full bar service is available and open to guests over the age of 21 on a cash / credit card basis.
- Complimentary beverages can be ordered by the case from Scarpino’s if payment is made 30 days in advance. During the course of the event, additional complimentary beverages can usually be obtained from house stock if pre-paid supply is exhausted.
- No alcohol or soft drinks are allowed to be brought into the event from outside of Scarpino’s.
Any outside liquor or unauthorized wine brought into Teatro Scarpino is considered illegal - the police will be called to remove it & any security deposit will be forfeited
Tables & Seating: Inventory includes 9 four-person tables, 10 three-person tables, 3 two-person tables and 10 two-person bar height tables. Lounge furniture seating for 26. (In-house Linens are not available from Teatro Scarpino)
Technical equipment: Teatro Scarpino offers professional quality sound (ipod compatible) and theater-style lighting equipment with a small basic stage or bandstand- DJs are welcome to bring in their own sound equipment
Technical services: Teatro Scarpino will provide basic sound & lighting. To change the existing sound & lighting arrangement, a charge of $150 is required
Servers/Bartenders: In order to provide the best possible service, Teatro Scarpino will determine the number and type of staff. Teatro Scarpino will provide bartenders and may provide servers if an outside caterer does not.
1. DJ’s must be setup and completed sound checks at least two hours prior the event, and vacated within one hour post event.
2. DJ’s and caterers must contact the Teatro Scarpino manager to verify their plans for the event at least 7 business days before the event.
3. Teatro Scarpino prohibits excessive light shows using in-house equipment.
4. No birdseed, rice, glitter, or flower petals may be thrown in or on the premises. No real flame candles may be used on tables.
5. We cannot store band equipment, floral arrangements, vases and floral stands, cake stands or other equipment. Please make arrangements for these items to be removed immediately following your event.
